These terms apply to your use of Anapep. The most important of them is section 3: Anapep is a tracking and education tool, and nothing in it is medical advice.
The short version
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Anapep.
- It is a tool for tracking, planning and learning — not medical advice, and not diagnosis, treatment or a prescription. Using it creates no clinician–patient relationship with anyone.
- The compound library is reference information. Inclusion is not endorsement, and says nothing about whether something is legal, approved or appropriate for you.
- The calculator does arithmetic on the numbers you type. It does not recommend, select or approve an amount, and it cannot judge whether anything is safe or appropriate. A wrong input produces a confidently wrong answer.
- AI Coach answers are generated by an external AI provider and can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. The Coach is not a clinician, and nobody reviews its answers before you see them.
- AI Scan produces computer-generated estimates from photographs. It is not a DEXA scan, not medical imaging and not a clinical body-composition test.
- The Optimization Score is not a clinical score, and the Forecast is a scenario, not a prediction of what will happen to your body.
- Everything the application shows you comes from what you entered. Checking your own inputs is your responsibility.
- You can delete your health and performance data, or your account’s information, from Settings. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what each removes, and what it does not yet remove.
This summary is here so the most important points are not buried. It is not a replacement for the sections below, which are the full and authoritative version.
1. Who operates this service
Anapep is currently operated by an individual based in California, United States. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that operator.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Anapep. By using it you confirm that you are.
Anapep does not verify age or identity. No date of birth is collected and no check is performed; your confirmation is taken at your word.
3. What Anapep is — and is not
Anapep is a tool for:
- tracking health and performance information you enter;
- organising protocols, schedules and inventory;
- education and reference material about compounds and biomarkers;
- planning; and
- visualising your own data over time.
It is not healthcare, and not a medical service. In particular:
- Nothing in Anapep is medical advice.
- Anapep does not diagnose any condition.
- Anapep does not provide treatment and does not prescribe anything.
- Anapep is not a pharmacy, a prescriber or a telehealth service.
- Using Anapep creates no clinician–patient relationship between you and anyone.
- Anapep does not replace consultation with a licensed physician, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping or changing any protocol, compound, dose, supplement or training plan. You are responsible for your own decisions.
4. Emergencies
Anapep is not an emergency service and is not monitored. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, or think you may be, contact your local emergency services or go to an emergency department. Do not use this application to seek urgent help, and do not wait on anything here.
5. Calculators
Anapep includes dose calculations, reconstitution calculations and unit conversions. Understand exactly what these are:
- They are arithmetic performed on the numbers you supply. A calculator converts what you entered; it does not check it.
- Anapep does not determine whether a compound, a dose, a protocol or a course of treatment is appropriate, safe or legal for you. It has no way to.
- It does not recommend an amount, does not select one for you, does not build a titration schedule and does not approve anything you enter.
- A wrong input produces a confidently wrong output. Concentration, volume, and unit errors all yield a plausible-looking number.
Computing and saving are different. Working out a result keeps nothing: it does not create a protocol, a dose-log entry or an inventory change, and the numbers are gone when you leave. Saving a calculation is a separate act you choose, and what it keeps is described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for verifying every input and every result, and for discussing any medical decision with a qualified professional before acting on it.
6. Compound information
Anapep displays reference information about peptides, hormones, prescription medications, investigational compounds, supplements and other performance-related substances.
Availability, legal status, regulatory approval and appropriate use vary considerably by jurisdiction and by person. Some compounds described here are controlled substances; some have never been licensed for human use anywhere.
Inclusion in the catalogue is not endorsement. It does not mean a compound is legal where you are, approved by any regulator, available to you lawfully, or medically appropriate. Establishing all of that is your responsibility.
7. Scores, forecasts and AI output
The AI Coach, Optimization Score, Forecast, insights and biomarker flags are informational and educational tools. They are generated from the information you entered, and they may be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong.
A number presented out of 100, or a marker described as needing attention, is a summary of your own inputs — not a clinical assessment. Do not rely on any of it for diagnosis or for a treatment decision. The sections that follow set out what each of these features is, and what it is not.
8. The AI Coach
AI Coach answers are generated using an external AI provider. When you ask a question, it and a structured summary of your health and performance information are sent to that provider to produce the answer. The Privacy Policy describes exactly what is sent and what is deliberately left out.
- The Coach is not a clinician, is not supervised by one, and does not know anything about you beyond what you entered.
- No one reviews an answer before you see it. Responses are returned to you directly, without any human or clinical check.
- AI-generated text can be incomplete, out of date, or confidently incorrect. Treat it as a starting point for your own reading and for a conversation with a qualified professional — not as advice.
- Nothing the Coach says is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a prescription, whatever form of words it uses.
9. AI Scan
AI Scan estimates body measurements from photographs you supply and from information you enter, such as your height. It produces computer-generated estimates.
- It is not a DEXA scan, not medical imaging, and not a clinical body-composition assessment. It does not diagnose anything.
- Measurements can be inaccurate or incomplete, and depend on photo quality, clothing, lighting, posture and the height you entered.
- The confidence figure a scan reports describes how clearly a body was detected in the photograph. It is not a measure of how accurate the resulting measurements are.
- Changes between scans can reflect how the photographs were taken rather than a change in your body.
10. Optimization Score and Forecast
The Optimization Score is a summary feature. It is calculated from whatever you have entered or imported, it is not a clinical score, and it is not an assessment of your health. Where information is missing, the score reflects that absence rather than filling it in — so a score is only ever as complete as the data behind it.
The Forecast is a scenario worked out from your current inputs under stated assumptions. It is not a prediction, not a probability and not a guarantee of what will happen to your body, and its confidence figure describes how much evidence it had — not how likely the outcome is. Do not use it as the basis for a treatment decision.
11. Information you enter
Anapep cannot verify that anything you enter is correct — not lab values, doses, measurements, schedules, body information, or the inputs to a calculation. Everything the application shows you is downstream of what you typed.
Keeping your records accurate is your responsibility, and errors will propagate into scores, forecasts, reports and calculations.
12. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you enter or upload. Anapep claims no ownership of your information and no right to use it beyond operating the service for you — storing it, displaying it back to you, computing the features you asked for, and sending what a feature needs to the provider that powers it, as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Your account
You are responsible for the credentials you use and for activity under your account. Do not share access with anyone you would not want reading your health information.
Some features may be available only on certain plan tiers, and what a tier includes may change.
14. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Anapep to provide medical advice to another person;
- use it for any unlawful purpose, or to plan one;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or to another person’s information;
- interfere with, disrupt or place unreasonable load on the service;
- misrepresent the application’s output as clinical guidance.
15. Availability and your data
Anapep is provided as it is, and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.
Most of your health and performance information is held in your own browser and is not backed up.Clearing that browser’s site data, switching device or using a different browser will lose what is stored locally there. Anapep makes no promise that your information will persist, and you should keep your own copy of anything you would not want to lose.
The exception is your Basic Information from onboarding — age, sex, height, weight, target weight, target body-fat percentage, and whether onboarding is complete. It is stored with your Anapep account and retrieved when you sign in from another browser or device. That does not mean your Anapep information is synchronised: everything else stays in the browser where you entered it. The Privacy Policy describes exactly what is stored where.
Being stored in your browser does not mean nothing leaves it. Some features send information to an outside service in order to work — the AI Coach in particular. The Privacy Policy sets out what leaves, when, and to whom.
16. Intellectual property
The application, its interface, its reference content and its branding belong to the operator of Anapep. Your own entered information is yours, as set out in section 12.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
Anapepis provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. No reference information, calculation, score, forecast, scan estimate or AI-generated answer is warranted to be correct or suitable for you.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Anapep is not liable for any harm arising from your use of the application, including decisions made in reliance on information, calculations, scores, forecasts, scan estimates or AI-generated answers it displays.
19. Termination and deletion
You may stop using Anapep at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where continuing would be unlawful.
Two deletion controls are available in Settings, under Data & Privacy. One clears the health and performance information held for your account and keeps the account; the other deletes the information held for your account and signs you out. Both first clear the Basic Information stored with your account, and do not proceed if that cannot be done. Neither deletes your sign-in account or Anapep’s account record; the Privacy Policy explains how to have those removed. Neither erases information stored in other browsers you have used. Both act immediately and cannot be undone, and Anapep keeps no copy for you.
Exactly what each control removes, what it deliberately keeps, and what deletion cannot reach — copies you exported, and information already handled by an outside service — is set out in section 15 of the Privacy Policy.
20. Changes to these terms
This is version v1.3, effective October 7, 2026. When these terms change materially the version will change with them.
What changed in v1.3: section 15 said your information was held in your browser. Most of it still is, but your Basic Information from onboarding is now stored with your account and retrieved when you sign in elsewhere; section 15 says so, and that this does not mean everything is synchronised. Section 19 now says that both deletion controls clear that stored Basic Information first.
What changed in v1.2:the summary and section 19 said the account control deleted “the account”. It deletes the information held for your account and signs you out; it does not delete your sign-in account or Anapep’s account record, and both now say so.
What changed in v1.1: section 19 said Anapep provided no account-deletion control; both controls exist and it now describes them. Sections 8, 9 and 10 are new and set out the limits of the AI Coach, AI Scan, the Optimization Score and the Forecast — including that Coach answers are generated by an external provider and that nobody reviews them first. Section 15 no longer implies that information stored in your browser never leaves it. Section 5 adds the distinction between working out a calculation and saving one.
The sign-up form requires you to agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Anapep does not currently store a record of that agreement — no acceptance, timestamp or version is kept for either document.
21. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
